We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to lead our initiatives related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
This role will involve coordinating cross functional teams, ensuring compliance with the directive and implementing best practices in pay transparency across the EU region.
The right candidate will work closely with the CPO International, Compensation Manager and team, Country HR Managers and a number of other stakeholders including Legal, HRIS, Data Analytics and potentially External Consultancy as well as coordinating the associated Working Group and Steering Committees to implement changes to meet project deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Planning and Implementation: Plan, implement and manage the EU Pay Transparency Project across EU region
Project Management: Lead on the delivery of various workstreams ensuring the project is completed on time and aligned to regulation
Governance and reporting: Establish and oversee local project governance frameworks across each location / entity
Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure successful project outcome.
Communication: Collaborating with SMEs and Corporate Communications where appropriate to develop and deliver clear communication plans and project updates to the relevant audiences
Run and manage working groups (cross functional) and ensure accountability of actions against planned timelines.
Be a trusted partner functional stakeholders and Planning department ensuring updates, issues and consensus is effectively managed and delivered.
Carry out analysis and form clear recommendations and proposals that are based on sound business rationale ensuring consensus and collaboration with functional partners required to opine or sign off
Manage implementation deliveries ensuring transparency of risks, issues and dependencies that are fully aligned to functional / business owners. This includes:
+ Update key project artefacts including RAID log, task lists, and action logs.
+ Submits project status reports to stakeholders; coordinates and provides updates to starring committees; anticipates and reacts to change.
+ Identifying and managing inter-dependencies with other projects.
Understands project budgeting; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Managing third party vendor relationships.
Coordinating project implementation "Go-Lives".
Stay informed about developments in EU labour laws and best practices in pay transparency,
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential:Proven track record of delivering HR projects to financial institutions within time and budget.
Experience working in a global matrix organisation

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Functional / Technical and Knowledge requirements:Experience: Proven experience in managing a HR or compliance-related project within a large global matrix organisation, ideally within Reward but not required.
Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong numerical skills. Good understanding of EU labour laws in particular EU Pay transparency Directive.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for different audiences.
Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop robust business cases and monitor project performance.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of global stakeholders.
Education / Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Law
Proficiency in project management software and tools
