Are you a strategic and driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for an EUAU Initiatives Planning Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end initiatives planning operations and capabilities. In this high-impact role, you'll lead a talented team of two direct reports, driving performance, fostering development, and managing all aspects of people leadership. You'll also be responsible for shaping and executing a robust continuous improvement agenda, ensuring our planning processes are efficient, agile, and future-ready.

What your role is

Lead

EUAU initiatives planning operations and capabilities

Manages

a team of senior planners including coaching, development and succession planning.

Collaborates

closely with EUAU supply planning, Clusters, Plants, OBMs/BDTs, ESC ops and sourcing to define initiatives planning strategy and support execution accordingly

Serves

as a custodian of the market Supply Chain gate process & critical path for UKI and FRIB, ensuring 100% of NPD's/SKU changes can be launched on time with excellent service and minimal waste.

Owns cross-functional collaboration

(eg plants, clusters, OBMs etc), troubleshooting, proactive communication and serves as the escalation point for initiatives planning

Owns and drive continuous improvement

plan for initiative planning discipline in EUAU

Owns supply planning KPIs

for Initiatives (CFR, waste, launch on time)

What you will bring to the team



We're looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of Supply Chain experience and a strong grasp of end-to-end operational processes. Experience across multiple supply chain functions--especially planning, logistics, or initiatives management--is a definite plus.

You'll have excellent communication and influencing skills, and the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive positive change. A continuous improvement mindset is key, along with the ability to identify opportunities and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Project management experience is an advantage, helping you lead initiatives with clarity and structure in a fast-paced environment.
