The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and experienced EUC Engineer to join our global team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will focus on BAU support, escalations, desktop management and application deployment.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

2+ years experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM & Intune) administration, maintenance and monitoring At least 5 years supporting Windows 10 in an enterprise environment Experience working with a ticket logging system and meeting SLA requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
