European Road Transport Business Development Manager

Logsicom

is an international haulage company looking to expand its UK operation. We are looking for someone who can come in with previous experience and hit the ground running. The role is designed for someone who can run their desk like their own business. The role is mainly based around selling full / part loads, plus express shipments in the UK and EU, but there will be other elements to this as well.

Build and retain a customer base, via making contact with various potential customers Plan your personal sales activity daily Hold face to face meetings, or virtually Be required to understand / explain products and services. Resolve queries and objections. Have experience within logistics / Freight forwarding Passionate about sales and have a hunter attitude Excellent communication skills A team player 30,000 - 40,000 DOE Fantastic bonus scheme 20 days holiday, Bank holidays and a long Christmas break.
