Essential:
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within an engineering or similar environment.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, compliance, processes, and project management methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications.
Experience with budgeting and financial management.
Ability to communicate fluidly and confidently with customers by phone, email and in person.
Ability to collate complex statistical information and present to senior management in a professional manner.
Desirable:
Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
