We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our Evening & Weekend team, leading by example and supporting our carers to maintain the highest standards.
About the Role
You will combine hands-on care with field supervision and quality support during evenings and weekends.
You will ensure care plans are followed, new carers feel supported, and every client receives safe, respectful, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualised, high-quality care to clients in their own homes
Support and supervise evening and weekend carers
Complete spot checks and quality observations
Update electronic care notes and communicate changes promptly
Respond to urgent issues or calls with professionalism and calm
Promote safe, positive working practices and team collaboration
Participate with on-call duties
What We are Looking For
Experience in care or senior care role
QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
The right to work in the UK and over 18 years of age (for personal care duties).
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm under pressure and able to work independently
Willing to work evenings (after 6:00 pm) and weekends
