Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Support clients with medication management and health monitoring. Assist with mobility. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Foster a respectful and supportive environment for clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Promote independence and dignity for all clients. Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

Experience in patient care or home support roles preferred but full training provided. Valid driving license and ability to travel between client locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting. Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Flexibility to adapt to different client needs.
