Responsibilities

'Evening Care Professionals' will be responsible for:

Assisting clients with personal care and daily activities during evening shifts Monitoring health and well-being, reporting any concerns Administering medication as prescribed Providing companionship and emotional support Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients Supporting clients with meal preparation and light household tasks Documenting care provided accurately Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

'Evening Care Professionals' should possess:

Proven experience in elderly or home care, preferably with dementia or Alzheimer's patients Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic first aid certification Valid driving license is advantageous but not essential Knowledge of medication administration and health monitoring Reliable, patient, and empathetic nature Flexibility to work evening shifts.
