Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards. Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, surface disinfection, and replenishing supplies as needed. Assist with custodial tasks in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained. Participate in facilities maintenance activities as required to support overall building upkeep. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous. Knowledge of basic maintenance practices or porter experience is desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
