Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained for both staff and visitors.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is an advantage.
