We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in diverse settings, including commercial, residential, and industrial spaces, with a focus on quality service and professionalism.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Use specialized equipment for floor care, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Conduct janitorial and custodial duties in commercial and residential properties Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep Apply cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to safety protocols Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for restocking Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment Support additional tasks such as residential painting or industrial cleaning as needed

Experience

Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience with floor care, buffing, or industrial cleaning is a plus Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance is advantageous Previous porter or maintenance roles demonstrate relevant skills in custodial services Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency Strong understanding of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
