We are looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, lots of energy and is passionate about providing an amazing customer service with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Supervise & coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operation

Provide guidance and support as needed

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team

Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations

Collaborate with other shift managers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts

Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect and professional growth

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A can-do hands-on attitude to the role

Full UK driving licence, held for 12 month
