Evening Cleaning Supervisor
to oversee our evening cleaning staff and ensure our school remains clean, safe, and welcoming for our students, staff, and visitors.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a modern, purpose-built school environment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a high-quality learning space and take ownership of the daily running of the evening cleaning team.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising the evening cleaning team and ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard
Carrying out quality checks, audits, and completing daily control sheets
Providing cover and assisting with hands-on cleaning tasks when needed
Monitoring team attendance and supporting with return-to-work and wellbeing meetings
Tracking extra hours worked during school holidays and liaising with the Operations Director
Giving regular feedback on team performance and standards
Making sure cleaning supplies are stocked and safely stored
Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the Premises Manager
Using cleaning equipment safely and following health and safety procedures
Attending training where needed to keep up to date with standards

Organised and able to manage time and tasks efficiently
Experienced in a cleaning role (desirable, but not essential)
