Evening/closing Customer Care Assistant. There are no educational requirements for this role as full training will be provided however experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is a plus.
Role Overview:
Greet customers and ensure they feel welcome.
Check on customer satisfaction during and after meals.
Assist with ordering at kiosks.
Clean and tidy customer areas (dining room, toilets etc.).
Help with tray & table clearing.
Support in handling complaints or escalating to a manager when needed.
Promote special offers or new menu items when appropriate.

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work Monday to Sunday working shifts from 16:00 - 01:00. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.
