Evening Cleaner / Housekeeper - Happy Trails Play Nursery (Shinfield)

Hours:

Monday to Friday,

5:30pm - 9:00pm/9.30pm

(17.5-20 hours per week)

Start date:

January 2026

Contract:

Year-round (not term-time only)

Please note:

This role must be carried out during the hours above. If you cannot work between 5:30pm and 9:00pm/9.30pm Monday to Friday, this position will not be suitable --

our nursery cannot be cleaned during the day.

dedicated, detail-loving cleaner

As our

Housekeeper

, you'll play a vital role in keeping our nursery spotless, safe, and ready for our children, families, and team each day.

What You'll Be Doing

Thoroughly clean playrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal areas to the highest standard Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish to ensure all areas are fresh and tidy Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Refill supplies and keep stock levels up to date Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations Liaise with the team to ensure supplies are ordered on time

About YOU

Previous

cleaning or housekeeping experience

(nursery, school, or hospitality background preferred) Reliability is HUGE for us A vehicle is a big plus Strong attention to detail with pride in your work Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Reliable, trustworthy, and great at communicating with management Ideally

based locally
