Whether it's a romantic birthday getaway, a corporate stay, or a lively wedding celebration, you'll be at the centre of it all--ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Communicates clearly and confidently--both in person and over the phone
Thrives in a team environment and enjoys working collaboratively
Is organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Brings a positive, professional, and friendly attitude to every shift
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage bookings, dinner reservations, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Promote hotel services and ensure a seamless guest experience
Act as the central point of contact between departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front-of-house)
Assist with admin tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked
Handle mail, packages, and office supplies
Step in to support other hotel areas when needed
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Proficiency with hotel PMS and office systems
Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently
Shift Type: Weekday & Weekend Evening availability - 4pm-8pm
