What You'll Be Doing:

xf0x9fx94xb9 Troubleshooting issues and keeping projects on track.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Maintaining a safe, productive, and motivated work environment.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Conducting quality checks and making sure deadlines are met.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Communicating with management to improve efficiency and workflow.
What You Bring to the Table:
xe2x9cx85 Strong welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stickxe2x80x94whatever your specialty!)
xe2x9cx85 Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a welding environment.
xe2x9cx85 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
xe2x9cx85 A keen eye for detail and quality control.
