We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Event Assistant to join our team, supporting the delivery of campaigns for a broad range of clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing campaigns Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and ensure all deliverables meet expectations Manage small project teams to maintain workflow, quality, and deadlines Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and on-the-day operations Support the creation of strategies to enhance audience engagement and campaign success

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both with clients and internal teams Adaptable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Previous experience in events, marketing, or project coordination is desirable, though a proactive and positive attitude is equally valued
