As an Event Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events, from corporate functions to large-scale conferences. Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Manage event logistics including venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, and equipment. Provide on-the-ground support during events, troubleshooting and ensuring all client expectations are met. Work closely with senior managers to support event marketing and post-event evaluations. Contribute to the creative process by helping brainstorm new ideas and strategies for future events. Take ownership of certain event tasks and projects, developing your leadership and project management skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and attendees. Continuously strive for improvements in event processes and deliver exceptional service.
