Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and driven Events Assistant to join our fast-paced events team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting campaigns with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries -- from high-profile product launches to immersive brand activations. No two days will ever be the same.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events and campaigns. Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Supporting in managing event budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Contributing to creative ideas that make campaigns stand out. Leading and motivating small project teams when required. Helping foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
