You'll primarily support our Corporate Director remotely with administrative and operational tasks, while also playing a key role in the planning and smooth delivery of high-profile corporate events. Occasional travel to event locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events from start to finish
Provide daily administrative support to the Corporate Director (emails, scheduling, updating CRM system and client , document preparation, etc.)
Liaise with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth communication and logistics
Attend events on-site when required, helping to oversee set-up, execution, and breakdown
Manage event timelines, suppliers and clients
Conduct market research or source materials/services as needed
Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and within set deadlines
Working Hours
Part-time
(flexible) - approx.
10-20 hours per week
Mix of remote (home-based) work and occasional on-site event support
Some evening or weekend work may be required based on event scheduling
