We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Event Assistant

to join our dynamic team. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends event coordination with day-to-day executive support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

You'll primarily support our Corporate Director remotely with administrative and operational tasks, while also playing a key role in the planning and smooth delivery of high-profile corporate events. Occasional travel to event locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events from start to finish Provide daily administrative support to the Corporate Director (emails, scheduling, updating CRM system and client , document preparation, etc.) Liaise with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth communication and logistics Attend events on-site when required, helping to oversee set-up, execution, and breakdown Manage event timelines, suppliers and clients Conduct market research or source materials/services as needed Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and within set deadlines

Working Hours



Part-time

(flexible) - approx.

10-20 hours per week

Mix of remote (home-based) work and occasional on-site event support Some evening or weekend work may be required based on event scheduling

Strong organisational and multitasking skills Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing manner Self-motivated and able to work independently Flexible and willing to travel for events on occasion Previous experience in events, hospitality, or administrative support is a bonus

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.75-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Experience:

Events management: 1 year (preferred) PA: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence and access to own vechicle (required)
