Looking for a better way to spend your summer?

We're on the hunt for an experienced and amazing person to join our small, incredible and dedicated bar team for the season.

You'll be creative, calm, well presented and have a passion for delivering food & drink service to a very high standard, but in a relaxed and informal manner. The perfect recipe for events at the beach!

Our events calendar is looking incredible for 2025 and this is your chance to be at the heart of it (on the beach!)

Lusty Glaze operates 7 days per week year-round so your hours will be flexible and will be very much dependent upon the needs of the business. That does mean that weekends, evenings and bank holidays will be necessary and essential.

Lusty Glaze Beach is a year-round, busy, vibrant, tourist and community destination. Specialising in hospitality, weddings, events, adventurous activities and seasonal tourism; this privately-owned cove is unique within the British Isles. Owned and operated as a family business since 1999.

We are a fun loving, high-production, successful business but at the same time, our staff are considered as part of our extended family. We work extremely closely and at times, under pressures rarely experienced by an ordinary business, it is part of working on a beach and hand in hand with Mother Nature!

We have a summer of live music, some seriously cool events and some pretty awesome beach days ahead of us. We need some super stars to help our core team deliver the magic.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
