Overview

We are seeking a skilled Event Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly manner. Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for calculations. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak service periods effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer facing role. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service best practices. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike. Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour
