About Us




The Events and Community Executive is responsible for delivering local events and community initiatives across BrewDog Bars, bringing national campaigns to life in-bar and supporting teams with event execution and community engagement. The role drives visibility and footfall by ensuring local activations align with brand standards and resonate with local audiences.###

About The Role



Key Responsibilities:




Campaign Delivery


Execute national campaigns with local relevance Distribute event toolkits and marketing materials Support bar teams with brand-aligned activations Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all bars
Events and Activations


Plan and deliver events and in-bar launches Lead the events calendar to drive revenue and engagement Innovate and deliver community-focused events Manage suppliers and logistics for in-bar activities Oversee event timelines and post-event reporting
Content and Brand


Share and develop content ideas for social channels Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity Provide local insight and feedback to the wider team
Team Collaboration


Work closely with Operations Managers and General Managers Act as the connector between central marketing and bar teams Share performance updates, feedback, and upcoming plans
Tracking and Reporting


Monitor campaign uptake and engagement Gather feedback and report on activity success Maintain marketing trackers and calendars

About You



What We're Looking For




Experience




Experience in marketing or events, ideally in hospitality, retail, or FMCG Proven ability to coordinate multi-site activations Experience working with creative, content, or digital teams

Knowledge




Strong understanding of brand marketing and event execution Familiar with social media trends and campaign delivery Awareness of customer engagement techniques

Skills




Highly organised and strong project coordination Excellent communicator and team collaborator Proficient with digital tools (e.g. Google Drive, Canva, email platforms) Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Personal Attributes




Practical, dependable, and proactive Collaborative with sound judgement Passion for hospitality and creating great experiences

Additional Requirements




Willingness to travel regularly * Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed for events
