We interview, hire and support Santas & Elves. We are putting together our new events & recruitment team of new starters... Experience is not needed.

Great Grottos operate Christmas Grottos in major Shopping Centres.
We are industry leaders, employing 100's of amazing Santas & Elves to handout our presents to children across the UK.
We have Event Coordinator positions available. Experience is not needed!
Location - Dorking head office in Surrey
Period - Sept to 24th Dec

Role
Registering new applicants.
Helping Santa & Elf applicants book their interviews.
Reviewing interview feedback & selecting staff.
Allocating shifts to staff.
Following up staff for their employment contracts.
Recording daily staff attendance.
Contacting cover staff.
Helping Grotto applicants, staff and customers with queries.
Sending out fantastic Santa & Elf costumes.
This is great opportunity for those looking to develop their CV in Events, Recruitment, HR or Office Admin.
Training
The role changes each month. Our excellent training programme is step-by-step and changes as you and the role develop.

Hours
Sep: 10am - 5pm, Mon to Fri
Oct: 10am - 5pm, Mon to Fri
Nov & Dec: 6 days a week, 9.00am - 5pm (to include 1 day on the weekend)
Lunch break up to 1 hour
