Location: Based at our Nottingham HQ office near Beeston, with some travel to event sites across the UK

We are seeking two Event Coordinators to join our team during an exciting period of company growth. These roles will provide support to our internal team. You will get stuck into all aspects of event management, from creation to completion, conception to delivery and all that's in-between.

DAY TO DAY
You will gain experience in a range areas including;
Preparing pre event documentation, forecasting budgets and stock
Working alongside production teams to tweak event plans and create build schedules pre and during events
Pre-event prep including drafting and collating health and safety and site planning documentation
Assist the project managers with on site event ops such as liaising production crew, suppliers and live event delivery teams, oversee site running including bar and build operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 12 months event or hospitality experience
Motivated, well-organised, polite and presentable
Friendly, approachable and outgoing with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task
Respond to the pace of the business in terms of speed of work
Must be flexible with schedule, able to work a variety of shifts as required, and be away for extended periods during peak summer months.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Driving licence with access to own vehicle
A background in a hospitality working environment
Physically fit and able to work long hours in an active role
SALARY & BENEFITS
27k - 31k per annum depending on experience
Opportunity to earn paid overtime and time of in lieu - average 5 - 7% salary
31 days holiday (pro rata)
Eligible for company bonus scheme - up to 10% salary
