We are seeking a proactive, detail orientated and highly organised individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Operations team to deliver exceptional events, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

Working alongside colleagues with over 30 years' experience in the live television industry. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop and build a strong foundation in event management. You will be exposed to the full event lifecycle while building trusted relationships with our stakeholders.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role or a degree in a related field.

All about the job...

As an Events Coordinator, you will:

Work closely with the Operations Team to learn and support all aspects of event plannings, from enquiry to delivery. Assist with the administration, coordination and planning of operations and events. Liaise with clients, broadcasters, subcontractors and our crew to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Supporting multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring detail, accuracy and consistency across all activities. Use our internal ERP system to assist in financial tracking of projects from initiation to completion. Participate in internal and client briefings and de-briefings to capture feedback, identify and implement improvements and help refine processes. Uphold Trans-Sport.tv's standards, values and reputation across all client and stakeholder interactions.
