The Role



As

Event Co-ordinator

, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person events. Reporting to the Senior Conference Production Manager, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about seamless event execution. Some travel across the UK, and occasional overnight stays are required.

Key Responsibilities



Event Management (Conferences & Courses - Virtual and In-Person)



Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned events, from planning through to execution Manage sponsor onboarding and ongoing account support Coordinate delegate communications and provide full customer service post-sales Liaise with internal teams for event collateral production and marketing updates Oversee venue coordination and logistics for in-person events Manage delegate lists, event surveys, and feedback reporting Maintain accurate CRM data and website content for all assigned events Handle all delegate queries, joining instructions, and event access Monitor project progress and report to key stakeholders pre- and post-event

Operational Support



Manage the Events and Courses shared inbox and respond to incoming requests, or redirect requests to the appropriate mailbox, team or individual Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, clients, and venues Prepare and manage all assets and materials for events Support post-event evaluation and continuous improvement activities Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and take on additional tasks as required

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in event management Strong communication, time management, and administrative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience in CRM and database management A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay overnight for events Familiarity with Zoom, HubSpot, and Canva (desirable but not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,500.00-25,000.00 per year
