About The Role

As part of the Showforce crew, you will be responsible for both event crew and driving duties, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of equipment and personnel to and from event sites, as well as supporting with onsite setup and breakdown tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Driving company vans to and from event sites (manual transmission) Transporting crew and equipment to and from site Setting up and breaking down events Loading and unloading trucks and equipment Building and dismantling temporary stages and seating structures Rigging/De-rigging sound, AV, and lighting equipment Set building and show calls Backline support for music festivals Assisting with crew and equipment logistics during event builds and de-rigs

About You

Must hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence Experience driving Luton, Sprinter and Transit vans Over 21 years old (for insurance purposes) Flexible and prepared to work unsociable hours and weekends A strong team player with a proactive work ethic Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious A positive attitude and professional approach Good level of spoken and written English Able to travel in and around London
