To oversee and manage the preparation, logistics, build and installation of decor for events to the highest standards. We are a rapid growing established luxury decor company working on live events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, brand activations and creating seasonal decor for hotels, restaurants and bars.
This role ensures all stock and equipment are well maintained, efficiently organised, and delivered seamlessly to site, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, venues, and the internal team. This is an exciting role where you will be the key support to our team helping us to deliver our creative projects from initial concepts through to delivery onsite. You will be involved with the costing of initial ideas through to the build of projects and delivery to venues.
Prepare and pack all equipment for events according to detailed picking lists. This may include cleaning, spray painting, and light construction. You will be confident with heavy lifting and be a problem solver to create solutions. We often come up with crazy decor ideas and need a forward thinker who can come up with concepts for safely installing projects and create frameworks for florals and other decor.
Lead the Load and unload of our vans in an organised and secure manner to minimise stock damage.
Drive to event sites and support the team with unloading and loading and on derigs, many which are late nights and weekends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with venue staff, clients, and suppliers; identify new opportunities and report these back to the team.
Organise and maintain warehouse areas to ensure equipment is stored efficiently and the space remains clean, safe, and tidy.
Check all items back into the warehouse post-event, reporting any damages, missing items, or maintenance needs promptly.
Proactively maintain stock in good working order and support the reinvention of existing items into new, sellable products.
Responsible for proper disposal of waste materials post-event.
Communicate all on-site expenses immediately following each event.
Provide troubleshooting support during events, being available on-call where necessary.
Creation of simple backdrops and props, using joinery skills. Must be confident on general tools. CNC experience a bonus but not essential.
Pre-Event & Sales Support
Attend site visits and carry out measurements as required.
Provide costings for custom requests and support the costing of new product ideas with our Creative Director.
Assist with basic technical drawings or visuals to support new product or event concepts (if required).
Complete risk assessments and health & safety documentation for events as needed.
Event Delivery & Team Coordination
Collaborate with our operations coordinator to plan staffing and logistics for each job.
Ensure all equipment is handled safely and that health & safety procedures are strictly followed.
Oversee that all electrical items are PAT tested and maintained in safe working order.
Act as lead rigger for all events, including full responsibility for loading, unloading, installation, and de-rigging on site.
Fleet & Vehicle Management
Take full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the company van(s), including service schedules, MOTs, and related documentation.
Ensure the vehicle(s) are kept clean and regularly fuelled ahead of jobs.
Plan vehicle logistics, including driver assignments and vehicle requirements for events, in collaboration with our Operations coordinator.
Key Attributes & Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential) and happy to drive a Luton.
Experience in a similar event logistics or warehouse role (preferred).
Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
Communication, working at a good pace to a high standard. team working, reliability are essential
IPAF preferred by not essential
Technical production skills not required by if you have they are an advantage
Confident working at heights and climbing ladders
