Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and passionate Balloonist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and an eye for detail, responsible for designing, inflating, and installing balloon decorations for various events. This role requires a combination of artistic talent and technical skill to create stunning displays that enhance the atmosphere of celebrations, parties, and corporate events.

Sucsessful candidate must hold a Manual driving license and be a confident driver as they will be a regular requirement to drive a medium sized van.

Responsibilities

Design and create balloon arrangements tailored to client specifications and event themes. Inflate balloons using air or helium, ensuring proper techniques are followed to maintain safety and quality. Install balloon decorations at event venues, ensuring they are securely placed and visually appealing. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on balloon designs. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available for use. Adhere to safety protocols when handling balloons and equipment, particularly when working with helium. Stay updated on the latest trends in balloon artistry to continually enhance skills and offerings.

Experience

Previous experience in balloon artistry or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong creative skills with the ability to visualise designs in three dimensions. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and understand their needs. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. Full UK Driving Licence is required
