About the role:
Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding events? We're looking for an Event Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping CMI's regional, national, and international event portfolio.
From conceptualising engaging in-person experiences to seamlessly executing virtual and hybrid events, you'll be instrumental in increasing member engagement and upholding our high standards. Responsibilities:
Supports the Head of Events, Networks and Regional Operations and Event Management team in developing an events plan to increase member engagement.
Responsibilities include supporting regional, international, and flagship live events.
Administers virtual events and webinars from conception to post-event analysis.
Manages in-person events, ensuring adherence to processes, budgets, and brand standards.
Develops event administration and optimizes booking systems.
Processes purchase orders.
Evaluates processes for improvement.
Collaborates with marketing for event promotion and asset production.
Acts as a CMI ambassador and adapts to changing circumstances.
Supports the Event & Regional Board Operations Manager in developing efficient operational processes.

Proven event coordination experience (virtual, hybrid, in-person). Streamyard and eventbrite software experience is desirable.
Strong organisational skills; manages multiple projects, meets deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborates effectively.
Proficient in event management software and booking systems.
Budget management experience, understands financial processes (e.g., POs).
Detail-oriented, maintains high brand standards.
Adaptable and proactive problem-solver.
Passionate about exceptional event experiences and engagement.
