What role will you play?
In this role, you will independently manage small to medium-sized events, overseeing all aspects from proposal pitching and contract negotiation to pre-event planning, onsite execution, budget management and post-event reporting. You will build and manage project plans, leading working groups to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborating with colleagues in the global Corporate Affairs team, you will also contribute to larger, more complex event projects and take ownership of ongoing administrative tasks. You will use Cvent to manage invitations, registration websites and event apps, ensuring seamless event experiences for attendees.
What you offer
3+ years' of experience in a similar event management role, ideally within finance or a corporate environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solving and adaptability skills, allowing you to stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions to last minute changes and requests
Previous experience using Cvent or similar event management platforms
Experience leading small to medium-sized project teams to achieve outcomes
