We are the only licensed Puppy Therapy company in the UK and offer MHFA England accredited and bespoke mental health training courses and masterclasses. The Role
As an Events Executive, you will be supporting the business in multiple areas across our events. You will play an active part in helping to host events as well as working behind the scenes to ensure the team has everything it needs to put on a memorable day for our clients.
Each day will bring a variety of challenges and the ability to multitask and problem solve will be key to your success in this role. We are a small team which means good communication, versatility and resilience are a must in what can be a fast paced and demanding environment..
Your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Setting up and packing down at events
Driving our equipment and puppies to and from events in and around London, as well as areas outside the M25
Hosting our events - conducting safety briefings, entertaining clients and maintaining puppy welfare is our number one priority at all times
Reporting on supplies and our equipment during and after events, ensuring they are safe for puppies, clients and staff alike.
Preparing equipment for events at our Head Office in Chiswick W4
Managing hosting rotas for events
You will need:
Full UK driving licence
Confident at driving, ideally experience driving vans and/or driving in Central London
A positive attitude, forward thinking attitude
The ability to multitask, work under pressure and hit deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills - you'll be dealing with people of all levels at our events
Adaptability & flexibility
Computer literate
Ability to move heavy equipment
A love for dogs, of course!
You will be contracted for 40 hours per week and a typical day could start as early at 6am and finish as late as 6pm depending on the location of the puppies and the event. This will vary on a day to day basis so a degree of flexibility will be required. Depending on the shift, you will be able to claim hours back in lieu.
