Event Manager -- Duo London (New Venue)
We're looking for an experienced
Event Manager
to join the team atDuo London
and help build a busy, high-energy calendar ofdaytime and evening events
.Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and deliver successful
in-venue events
from concept to completion Build and manage a strong schedule ofclub nights, branded events, and daytime activations
Drivevenue sales
through event bookings, partnerships, and promotions Develop and executeevent marketing plans
to increase awareness and attendance Build and maintain relationships withpromoters, influencers, and event partners
Oversee event logistics and operations, ensuring smooth delivery on event days Support content and promotional activity acrosssocial media
(IG/TikTok, etc.)What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing events within
venues
(essential) Strong understanding ofnightlife / night outs
,evening events
, andbranded events
Highly organised with great communication and coordination skills Strong knowledge ofevents marketing
andvenue sales growth
Existing network ofpromoters and influencers
who can bring events and customers Confident usingsocial media
to promote events and grow engagement Able to work evenings/weekends when requiredImportant (Please Read Before Applying)
