The Company
This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning events and production company, specialising in end-to-end event management and production.
Our client is renowned for creating memorable events for some of the UK's most recognisable brands from corporate conferences and events to exciting parties and their projects span the globe for thousands of attendees. Most of their business is repeat which is gained from creating such exceptional events and having a very good reputation in the industry. They are now looking for an Event Project Manager to join them!
The Role
They are looking to grow the team with the addition of a Event Manager, who will be predominantly focusing on the logistics element for live events! You will be responsible for leading on projects with the support from the wider team, whilst managing key accounts and client relationships.
You will be responsible for;

• Liaising with delegates throughout the event

• Raising any dietary requirements with the venue

• Managing delegates up to 300 pax

• Registering delegates using various systems - ideally Cvent

• Managing external suppliers

• Overseeing event delivery on-site

• Using Microsoft Excel daily and understanding formulas

• Managing teams on site

The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Project Manager within an event agency delivering events.
