About the Role



We're looking for an Event & Marketing Assistant to support both the marketing and day to day admin of our Lumos Candellight Experience events. This is a varied role that blends creativity and organisation - from preparing marketing materials, assisting on our social media channels, to running event errands and assisting with customer enquiries.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and getting things done in a dynamic and creative environment. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote work with in-person collaboration and engagement.

Marketing Responsibilities



Assist with the creation of engaging digital content across social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook & more). Design promotional materials and digital assets using Canva and CapCut (basic design and video editing skills required). Support organic promotion strategies to grow audience engagement and brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify new trends and promotional opportunities. Contribute creative ideas to enhance online presence and campaign performance. Work alongside the Social Media & Marketing Manager to amplify our brand presence.

Bookings & Event Coordination Responsibilities



Upload and manage events on ticketing platforms such as Fatsoma and Facebook Events. Assist with venue and location outreach and related admin. Coordinate co-promotions and collaborations through Fatsoma and other relevant channels. Handle customer service queries promptly and professionally. Support the bookings and operations team with general event administration tasks as needed. Opportunities to work on our events and establish your event management experience. Assisting the team with general office administration and tasks as required.

You'll Be Great In This Role If You



Are creative and proactive with a passion for live events & music. Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Have strong communication skills and comfortable liaising with venues and partners. A strong eye for design, confident using social media platforms and basic design tools. Are flexible and adaptable, thriving in a small, entrepreneurial team where every day looks different. Have a full UK driver's license (preferred for occasional event errands).

20,000-22,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for training, development and progression within the company.
