The Event & Operations Supervisor is vital in ensuring the seamless delivery of our events and operational activities. Acting as a key point of contact, they represent our company's values and commitment to excellence both internally and with external partners. This role involves coordinating various logistical elements, maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff, and supporting the overall success of each event.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary liaison between our team, clients, and event stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing support, and gathering feedback to improve future operations.
Represent the company at each event, fostering positive relationships with clients and overseeing the coordination of event logistics.
Monitor team performance during events, offering constructive feedback and collaborating with the management team to ensure high standards are maintained.
Prepare and submit detailed reports post-event, summarising activities, issues, and outcomes.
Handle incident reports promptly, ensuring they are documented accurately and forwarded to senior management and HR for appropriate action.
Coordinate staff attendance, including check-in/check-out procedures, reporting staffing numbers to event organisers, and distributing relevant event information and materials.
Ensure team readiness by verifying uniform compliance, checking necessary licenses and badges, and providing operational handbooks and reporting tools.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet client needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event execution.
Promote adherence to health, safety, and operational guidelines among staff, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.

This is a hybrid role requiring remote work on some days and on-site presence at various client premises during event days. The ideal candidate will live in or be able to commute to London and must be able to work weekends and late-night hours.
