This brilliant, super sustainable East London based catering company are going from strength to strength. Known for their creative, colourful and seasonal menus which are often veggie or vegan. There events range from 20 - 500 guests and during a busy week there could be 15 + events on. They're a hard-working team and this role is key for allowing the business to grow whilst making sure employees are supported with their day-to-day. It's an exciting and busy time ahead, with plenty of room for career progression.
You'll be overseeing daily catering operations and logistics, booking drivers and organising event equipment. Managing GP data across food & drink and liaising with suppliers. Occasionally you'll be supporting on site at events (with paid overtime) and during quieter months working on long-term sustainability initiatives, such as B Corp Certification.
Experience in catering is essential. They're looking for a great team player, who is calm under pressure and super organised, as well as a confident decision maker.
This is a Monday - Friday daytime role, 40 hours per week, with very occasional evening/weekends and paid overtime. A brilliant role for highly organised and calm team player who loves getting stuck in!
