Plan and execute large-scale online/offline marketing campaigns, festival events, hot events, community events, etc. for the video app platform, effectively improving user activity, engagement, brand influence and core business indicators through these activities.
Responsibilities
1. Event Planning:
Insight into user needs and market trends, and aligned with platform goals, independently plan engaging and viral creative event plans (including themes, gameplay, rules, reward mechanisms, and communication plans). Develop detailed event plans, execution plans, and budget proposals. 2. Event Execution and Project Management:
Responsible for the full implementation of the event, including resource coordination (design, R&D, marketing, content, business development, etc.), progress control, and risk warning and response. Responsible for content creation, configuration, launch, and testing of the event page. Manage the production and distribution of event-related materials (online and offline). 3. Event Promotion and Communication:
Develop event promotion strategies and coordinate on-site resources, push notifications, internal messaging, social media, and other channels to promote, initiate, and maintain event exposure. Plan and implement user-generated communication mechanisms related to the event. 4. Campaign Performance Monitoring and Review:
Set clear campaign goals and core metrics (such as number of participants, engagement, new user acquisition, increased engagement, content production, etc.). Monitor campaign data in real time and optimize progress. Conduct a comprehensive post-campaign review to analyze data performance, user feedback, lessons learned, and produce a review report. 5. Campaign Resource Management: Manage the campaign budget and prize resources to ensure efficient use.
Requirements
Priority is given to Chinese nationals and Chinese students studying abroad.
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in internet event operations, with proven experience in independently planning and successfully executing large-scale online events (especially video and community-based events).
2. Skills:
Strong creative planning skills and user insights, enabling the development of innovative, engaging, and highly engaging events. Excellent project management skills, enabling efficient coordination of multiple resources to ensure timely and high-quality event execution. Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and execution capabilities. Good data acumen, enabling the ability to set reasonable goals and analyze event performance. Excellent copywriting skills and a strong aesthetic sense. Familiarity with mainstream event formats (sweepstakes, quests, competitions, check-ins, card collection, livestreaming, etc.) and user incentive systems. Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
