Job Summary

GOTO Events is one of the UK's leading corporate event and team-building companies, delivering over 700 events annually across the UK and Europe. We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Event Producer to join our fast-paced and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the events industry. Although event experience is a plus, all training will be provided - you just need ambition, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage corporate events from the point of sale through to delivery Liaise with clients, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth event planning Coordinate logistics including venues, suppliers, AV, and team schedules Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process Support live event delivery on-site when required Manage event budgets and ensure events stay within agreed margins Maintain high levels of customer service and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation and time management Able to multitask and manage multiple events at once Confident phone manner and ability to build client trust Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional travel for live events Team player with a proactive attitude IT literate (especially Microsoft Office) Fast learner with a creative mindset
