Event Project Manager - B2B Meetings
London Office, Hybrid Working (3 Days in-office)

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive communicator to lead 1-to-1 networking meetings across a global events portfolio - from strategic planning and marketing campaigns to seamless on-site delivery.
The ideal candidate is client-focused, engagement-driven, and brings at least two years' experience in a similar b2b events position, including managing on-site networking meetings.

The job:

  • In this role, you'll coordinate and manage personalised networking sessions (meetings) for each event, ensuring they run seamlessly and attract high participation.
  • You'll map out timelines, set key targets, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • You'll also create and launch promotional initiatives to drive engagement and maximise meeting activity.
  • Part of your role includes coaching vendors on optimising their profiles, guiding meeting selections, running webinars, and preparing supporting materials to ensure they are fully equipped for success.
  • During events, you will be the primary on-site contact, managing the networking desk, resolving queries, and handling any unexpected issues.
  • Collecting insights from clients and colleagues to help shape improvements in processes and offerings.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to implement enhancements and recommend practical solutions and improvements.
Your experience:
  • We are seeking a motivated professional with a degree or equivalent experience.
  • A solid background in project management and client service in a b2b events environment. Experience in b2b events, such as exhibitions or conferences.
  • Thrive in a results-driven environment where engagement and measurable outcomes matter. The right candidate is highly organised, attentive to detail, and takes a proactive approach to their work.
  • Flexibility is key, as you'll adapt your approach to suit different event types and diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently guide clients through complex processes.
