This role offers structured in-person promotional work at high-traffic locations such as retail spaces, public venues, and pop-up installations. No previous experience is required--just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a member of the promotions team, you'll represent recognised brands and help connect them with potential customers in a professional, engaging way. You'll be working across key locations in Belfast, creating memorable brand experiences and encouraging new customer sign-ups or product purchases.

Day-to-Day Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

Attending scheduled promotional activities at public or retail locations across Belfast Setting up branded stands and preparing materials for each activation Initiating conversations with passers-by to introduce and explain products or services Providing a clear, confident presentation of product benefits and answering customer queries Guiding interested individuals through the sign-up or purchase process using a digital system Maintaining a clean, professional display area throughout the day Collaborating with your team to meet daily and weekly performance targets Participating in team briefings and training sessions to improve your knowledge and approach
This is an interactive role where your communication skills and enthusiasm will be key. You'll need to be comfortable speaking with people, standing for extended periods, and working independently as well as part of a team.
