Overview

We are looking for people to join us on the merchandise team for the Ed Sheeran concerts taking place in Ipswich. This will be a 3 day event so please only apply if you are available to work on the 11th / 12th/ 13th of July. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to commit to all 3 days.

Duties

Taking sales transactions for merchandise using card terminals provided Providing excellent services to all customers Ensuring the merchandise stand is kept clean and tidy at all times Assisting with carrying boxes of Merchandise when necessary to ensure the stand is kept well stocked at all times

Requirements

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills for effective coordination within the team Retail experience or hospitality experience will be preferred
Please note this job requires you to have valid right to work documents for the UK which will be requested. Sponsorship is not possible for this job.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Contract type: 0 hours. (Each event day will be a 10-12 hour shift) Finishing usually around 00:00

Pay: 11.21-13.68 per hour

Expected hours: 30-36 hours over the 3 event dates
