Job Description
Job Title: Event Sales Assistant. Remuneration:\xc2\xa322,000-24,000 per annum. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and pop up sites
- Represent clients with professionalism
- Greet customers delivering excellent customer service
- Assist with product information and answer queries
- Set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
- Manage KPIs and targets
- Attend seminars, conferences and networking calls.
- Previous experience in customer facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are properly executed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
