About Us


We are a rapidly expanding sales company working with clients across multiple sectors and industries. Our teams support brand growth by running in-person event campaigns, engaging directly with customers and representing clients at a range of promotional events. As demand for our event campaigns increases, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Event Sales Assistants.

About the Role


This is an entry level, in-person role focused on delivering high-quality customer interactions at events. You will learn the foundations of sales, client representation and campaign development while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required; full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities



Represent clients at live events, pop-ups and promotional set-ups Engage with customers, deliver product presentations and drive sales Learn and apply effective face-to-face sales techniques Manage and support client accounts as campaigns grow Assist in planning, setting up and improving event performance Work closely with the event team to achieve daily and weekly targets

Outgoing, confident and comfortable engaging with people Motivated, ambitious and eager to build a long-term career Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly Student mentality with a willingness to learn and take on feedback Interested in developing sales and leadership skills Goal-driven with a positive, proactive mindset No previous experience required
