The Role
This Events Sales Assistant position is an entry-level opportunity for ambitious, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in live, event-based sales campaigns, representing client brands and engaging directly with customers.
No previous experience is required. Full paid training is provided, making this role ideal for someone looking to start their career in sales and events while developing long-term leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands at events, promotions, and campaigns
Engage with customers in a confident, professional, and friendly manner
Deliver high-quality customer experiences and brand awareness
Learn and apply sales techniques
Work towards individual and team performance targets
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown where required
Develop communication, presentation, and sales skills
Progress into mentoring and supporting new team members as you develop
