About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Venue Sales Executive to lead on securing bookings and partnerships for our event and nightclub space. This role is ideal for a confident networker with a passion for nightlife, events, and hospitality. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with promoters and event organisers, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings -- ensuring the venue is consistently active and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of the venue's event and club spaces through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with promoters, event organisers, brands, and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with regular promoters and entertainment partners to encourage repeat bookings.
Manage incoming enquiries efficiently, providing tailored proposals and venue tours.
Negotiate hire fees, packages, and contracts in line with the venue's pricing strategy and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, bar, and technical staff) to ensure smooth event delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the venue at industry events, networking opportunities, and site visits.

Skills & Experience:
Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within the events, nightlife, or hospitality industry.
Strong network of promoters, organisers, or entertainment contacts (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and clients simultaneously.
Strong organisation and attention to detail throughout the sales and booking process.
Knowledge of event operations and nightlife cultureis an advantage.
