With a growing client base and expanding operations, we're seeking a dedicated
Event Sales Executive
to help drive new business, secure land and parking sites for events, and strengthen client relationships across the UK.
The Role
As an Event Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of promoting our services, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth of the business. A key part of this role is
land and parking procurement
, ensuring we secure the best possible sites for events of all sizes. You will also help clients understand how our services can enhance event experiences and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients across the events, venues, and local authority sectors.
Source and secure suitable land and parking locations for events, negotiating terms with landowners and stakeholders.
Promote the full range of Event Support Team services, including traffic management, stewarding, and security solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tender submissions to win new business.
Support the Directors with business growth strategies, pipeline development, and sales targets.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and raise the company profile.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident, ambitious, and commercially minded professional with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in
land or site procurement for events
is highly desirable.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Proactive, driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience in the events, security, or traffic management sectors.
Experience in bid writing or tender processes.
