We are seeking

professional and experienced SIA Door Supervisors

to join our team supporting a wide range of local authority events, match-day operations, and site security duties. This role is ideally suited to officers with a strong background in the security industry and a commitment to delivering high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safety and security at local authority events, parades, and festivals Support match-day operations including crowd management, ingress and egress control Conduct patrols, access control, and site security duties Deliver excellent customer service to members of the public Respond professionally to incidents, ensuring a safe environment for all

Experience & Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) Licence - Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience

in the security industry (strong preference) Proven background in event security, crowd management, or site safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in high-footfall environments Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively within a team Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key event days

All shifts are managed through our

Parim scheduling system (Parim Calendar)
